A refundable security deposit may be required at management's discretion.
Late returns may incur additional rental charges, including a full additional day's hire.
Customers are responsible for hired equipment from collection until return and inspection.
Lost, stolen, damaged or unreturned items may be charged at replacement cost.
No refunds for early returns, unused equipment, weather, road closures, changed travel plans or incorrect sizing once equipment has left the premises.
Customers are responsible for ensuring snow chains are suitable for their vehicle and used correctly.
